Hmlet has partnered with CLAS, a furniture subscription service.
In the case that you need additional furniture items, such as TV, you can rent individual furniture items from CLAS.

If you request services in other languages, we have multilingual staff to assist. We are also happy to provide online video viewing for those who cannot come to the site easily.

Apply

Unlike ordinary rental apartments, you can easily complete all of our applications online anytime, anywhere. Please fill in the required information on the online application form and attach your documents (please see what documents are required for the procedure).

Contract and move in

Contracts can also be signed online. Key delivery is done on a self-move-in basis without face-to-face assistance.

Move out procedure

Preparation for moving out

We will periodically send you an e-mail to inform you of the expiration date of your contract.
Please prepare to move out so that you can vacate your room by the contract expiration date.

Move out

Please return the key to the designated location as we will provide you the move-out instructions.

Application for transfer location

In the case of the Residence Plan, security deposit will be refunded to members within 1.5 months from the move out date. Cleaning fees and any other costs to restore the room to the original condition will be deducted from the security deposit. If the cleaning fees and restoration costs exceed the amount of security deposit, we will charge the difference to members.
