Furniture and appliances as well as cutlery and other furnishings are available in the rooms. In addition, slippers and bathroom amenities by THANN, a brand used in the world's premier resorts and spas, are also provided.
This plan is suitable for those seeking a serviced apartment-like lifestyle.

This plan is recommended for those who are looking to contract as long as regular rental apartments but do not want to own furniture and appliances.
This plan allows members to have a nimble and flexible lifestyle and greatly reduces the hassle when moving.

This plan is recommended for those who would like to move in with your own furniture and appliances.
Hmlet has partnered with CLAS, a furniture subscription service.
In the case that you need additional furniture items, such as TV, you can rent individual furniture items from CLAS.

If you request services in other languages, we have multilingual staff to assist. We are also happy to provide online video viewing for those who cannot come to the site easily.

Apply

Unlike ordinary rental apartments, you can easily complete all of our applications online anytime, anywhere. Please fill in the required information on the online application form and attach your documents (please see what documents are required for the procedure).

Contract and move in

Contracts can also be signed online. Key delivery is done on a self-move-in basis without face-to-face assistance.

*1  The type of required documents for application varies depending on the contract signer.

Regarding the material required for screening

Photo ID
1. Japanese nationals

Any one of the following:

  • Passport (photo page)
  • Driver's license (both sides)
  • My Number card (with your number part hidden)
2. Forreign nationals

Passport holders from visa waiver countries for tourism and business etc.

Other passport holders

and any one of the following:

  • Certificate of Eligibility (COE)
  • Resident card

Proof of income (If you do not have a proof of income, the person in Japan is required to be the lessee of the lease contract)

The required proof of income is the same for both Japanese and non-Japanese nationals.

2. Freelancer / Self-employed / Company owner

For contracts of less than 6 months

Any one of the following:

  • Health insurance card issued in Japan (if you have)
  • Bank balance statement (issued in the last 1 month)

Move out procedure

Preparation for moving out

We will periodically send you an e-mail to inform you of the expiration date of your contract.
Please prepare to move out so that you can vacate your room by the contract expiration date.

Move out

Please return the key to the designated location as we will provide you the move-out instructions.

Application for transfer location

In the case of the Residence Plan, security deposit will be refunded to members within 1.5 months from the move out date. Cleaning fees and any other costs to restore the room to the original condition will be deducted from the security deposit. If the cleaning fees and restoration costs exceed the amount of security deposit, we will charge the difference to members.
