Please contact the Hmlet at least 2 months before the contract expiration date (6 weeks before if the contract is for less than 4 months, and 1 month before if the contract is for less than 2 months). Hmlet will contact you to let you know whether or not you can re-sign the contract after checking room availability and other details. Please understand that the re-signing is a new contract and the rent may increase depending on the property’s occupancy status and other factors.

Unlike a share house, the building itself is just like an apartment that you rent, so there is no need to interact with others. You are free to choose to participate in an event. We also plan events that everyone can enjoy, like online events and small group events, so please feel free to contact us.
