Within a month and a half after moving out, we will deduct the moving-out cleaning fee and restoration fee. If the cleaning fee or restoration fee exceeds the security deposit received, it will not be refunded and the difference will be charged.

Our Studio type can accommodate up to 2 people. We also have Full 1-Bedroom and Full 2-Bedroom apartments available for families. An administration fee of 16,000 yen per adult (18 years of age or older) will be charged when moving in.
Please contact the Hmlet. Hmlet will contact you to let you know whether or not you can re-sign the contract after checking room availability and other details. Please understand that the re-signing is a new contract and the rent may increase depending on the property’s occupancy status and other factors.

About viewings
There are no necessary documents in particular you need.
We have online viewing options, so you can check your room even when not in the area.
Yes, it is possible. Friends and family can come with you to the viewing.
Please fill out the application form (online is possible) and submit it together with 1. an ID card and 2. a certificate of employment (certificate of income etc., for freelancers). For more details, please see the move-in procedures on the user guide page.
About our buildings
Yes, they can. If the total number of people is 4 or more, please contact Hmlet in advance.
It is not a problem. However, please be considerate of your neighbours as to not make loud noises.

We offer a wide range of properties where you can have a small dog or cat, and even large dogs are allowed in some. In either case, a pet fee of 100,000 yen will be charged.

As with ordinary rental apartments, all properties are equipped with their own facilities.
About the community

A participation fee may be charged depending on the event.
Unlike a share house, the building itself is just like an apartment that you rent, so there is no need to interact with others. You are free to choose to participate in an event. We also plan events that everyone can enjoy, like online events and small group events, so please feel free to contact us.
