２．A flexible screening process
Unlike your ordinary rental apartment tenant screening, Hmlet has its own screening criteria. If you sign up for a lease contract for up to 12 months, you may be able to make a contract without a screening by an guarantor company if you have an interview with the community manager and prepare the necessary documents such as a job description, workplace information, a certificate of earnings, etc.

The rent includes utilities and Wi-Fi, so there is no need for troublesome contracts and you start a comfortable life from the day you move in. In addition, you are free to choose your period of stay from 1 month to 24 months. You can also consult with us about shortening your period of stay after moving in or re-contracting for a longer period of time.
